UK Free Delivery Service
We offer free delivery of our entire product range to most areas of mainland Britain, with some exceptions.
The following areas will usually incur a delivery charge for all but the smallest items:
- - Scottish Highlands & Islands
- - Isle of Man
- - Isle of Wight
- - Isles of Scilly
- - Northern Ireland
* n.b. We do not currently deliver to the Channel Islands.
We do not provide a fixed price tariff for these areas as delivery charges vary depending on the location and the quantity, size and weight of the item(s) purchased. However, the delivery price is automatically calculated at the checkout before an order is finalised.

3. Your delivery quote will be displayed.
4. If the quote is acceptable, you can then update your basket directly with the delivery charge and proceed to the checkout.
How do I know when my delivery will be?
Availability:
In Stock (Usually 3-5 days)
Items held in stock in our warehouse are picked and carefully packaged then booked in for dispatch by our chosen courier.Please allow 3-5 working days from the date of order.
(n.b. deliveries to Northern Scotland and non-mainland destinations may require an additional 1-2 days.)
You will be sent an email the day before your delivery is due, to notify you that your parcel(s) have been dispatched and should arrive the following day. Deliveries are made between the hours of 8am and 4pm Monday to Friday (Excluding bank holidays).

Direct from Supplier (within 5 days)
Some items from our catalog are not held in our own warehouse but are dispatched directly to customers by our suppliers. (This includes most bathroom mirrors, magnifying mirrors and specialist convex mirrors.)
Please note that we are not always able to notify customers of an accurate delivery date when items are dispatched directly by manufacturers or distributors. If you have any special deliver requirements please contact us before ordering to discuss these.
What if you deliver when I’m out?
If no-one is home, the courier driver may try to leave the parcel with a neighbour. If this is not possible then the driver will leave a card showing the date and time of the delivery attempt. The card will also show the courier’s contact details and a consignment tracking number. We strongly recommend contacting the courier at your local delivery depot as soon as possible to discuss with them the best time for the second delivery attempt (alternatively you may wish to collect the parcel yourself from the depot).
If the courier does not hear from you regarding a second delivery they will still attempt a delivery on a subsequent day. If the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful the parcel will go back to the depot and can be held there for up to 3 days. You must contact the courier during this time using the details on the delivery card in order to arrange a final delivery attempt. If, after this time a delivery has not been possible then the parcel will be returned to Mirror Mirror. A delivery fee of £14 will be charged if we are required to re-dispatch parcels. (this very rarely happens)
Special Delivery Services
If you would like your mirror to be delivered on a specific day or by a particular time, when you are most likely to be home, please contact us and we will do our best to help. We are able to arrange deliveries for parcels originating in our own warehouse on priority services with the following examples* as a guide:
- - By Midday (Monday – Friday) cost £8.95
- - By 10am (Monday – Friday) cost £15.95
- - Saturday morning - £25.95
- - Parcel Left Unattended – no charge, (restrictions apply see below)
*Please note, these are examples and not necessarily available across the whole of our product range.
Receiving Deliveries
For security, a valid signature is required to acknowledge receipt of all parcels. If you would like to have you mirror delivered to an address other than the cardholder address, such as to a workplace or neighbour, please enter the delivery address at the checkout. Please note, To protect ourselves from fraudulent use of stolen credit card details, and associated charge-backs, mirror-mirror reserves the right to refuse delivery to a non-card holder address. When requesting delivery to a non-card holder address we recommend that you also supply a land line contact number.
Parcel Left Unattended
If you are not able to receive your delivery in the usual way, we may be able to arrange for parcels to be left without a signature in a nominated “safe place”. All parcels left in a nominated “safe place” will be accompanied by a delivery confirmation card posted through the letterbox. We require written authorisation from the cardholder by email before instructing our courier to leave parcels without obtaining a signature.

Delivery to Ground Floor Only
Deliveries are made to a ground floor entrance area only. We regret that we are not able to deliver items further within your premises as our delivery partners may not be covered by insurance. Please make your own arrangements for moving items within your own premises. Delivery of parcels up or down steps is undertaken solely at the delivery driver’s discretion, in accordance with the delivery company’s health and safety policy and training. Deliveries to flats will be made to a ground floor lobby only.
Checking deliveries
Following several years of packaging development, breakages are now very rare indeed, However, doing what we do, accidents inevitably happen from time to time! The most obvious sign of a smashed mirror in a box is the tell-tale jangling sound. If your mirror has obviously been smashed in transit, please assist us by refusing to sign for it. The delivery driver will have to return it to us at the courier’s expense not ours. If you sign for the parcel, the delivery is deemed have been successful and we will be charged for it, whether the goods are intact or not.
Courier drivers may have up to 80 drops or possibly more to carry out each day and regrettably are unable to wait while bubble wrap is removed or boxes opened up. Owing to the fragile nature of the products we supply, we require all products to be inspected immediately following delivery and any damage or faults to be reported to mirror-mirror.com via email within 24 hours of the delivery. We will not accept responsibility for shortages, damages, or faulty goods not reported to mirror-mirror.com within 24 hours.
If products are not due to be installed until a later date, please unpack immediately to inspect, then re-pack for storage. We recommend that customers order products well in advance of when they are needed and are in full receipt of goods prior to appointing fitters to carry out any installations.
Returns Policy
Breakages
All our mirrors are carefully packaged for successful delivery. The condition of your mirror must be checked on arrival and we ask that you inform us immediately of any damage. We will arrange to collect and replace any damaged mirror free of charge at your earliest convenience.
Faulty Goods
All our mirrors are made to a high standard and samples are regularly inspected before they are dispatched. If for any reason you feel that a product is not up to standard then please contact us with the details within 7 days of receipt. We will collect the faulty mirror at our expense and replace it with a new one as soon as possible. Please endeavour to carefully wrap return goods using the original packaging.
General Returns
If for any reason you wish to return goods to mirror-mirror.com for a full refund please send back to the address below within 7 days of receipt in re-saleable condition and the original packaging. The parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they reach us. We reserve the right to withhold refunds for mirrors damaged in return transit if packaging is deemed to be inadequate. The cost of returning goods is at the customer's expense. Items that have been made to order in bespoke sizes or colours may not be returned unless faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Alternatively mirror-mirror.com may be able to arrange for the collection and return of packaged mirrors by one of our preferred couriers. The courier's tariff for collections from a customer's 'third party' address is greater than the cost for collecting from our regular business address. The cost of this service is usually £20 for the majority of our mirrors (although very large items will incur higher return costs.) We do not profit from return carriage charges.
