Can I have a mirror-mirror catalogue sent to me?
We do not currently produce a catalogue. The web site is updated daily to reflect our ever changing stock.

Do you give discount for trade customers?
Mirror-mirror.com is predominantly a retailer to the general public. However, we will consider trade enquires on an individual basis. Please contact us with your details and requirements and we will see what we can do. Please note that we will require proof of trade identity.

What forms of payment do you accept?

However, if you feel that you would prefer not to use your credit card online please call our shop on 0845 370 3443 with your card details and we can process your order over the telephone. If you do not possess a credit card or do not wish to give your details over the internet or over the phone then please e-mail sales@mirror-mirror.com or give us a call with your order and we will send you an invoice for which you then can forward a cheque. The goods will be dispatched as soon as the cheque has cleared.

Is it safe to use my credit or debit card?
Yes, we use a 128 bit encrypted secure server to take your credit card details online so the data is fully encrypted allowing you to buy with confidence.

Will mirror- mirror.com send an order confirmation by email?
Yes, we always keep our customers well informed.

Are you VAT registered?
Yes. All our prices include vat at the current rate

How much do you charge for delivery?
Standard delivery is FREE for all of our mirrors within mainland UK. Please click here for further information and charges for special delivery services.

Can you supply large pieces of un-framed mirrored glass cut to any size?
We receive frequent enquiries from customers wanting sheets of mirror for bathrooms, health clubs, dance halls etc. We are not able to supply such items at the present time and recommend contacting a local glass merchant.  Most will cut mirrors to your specification.

Do you pass on my details to any third parties?
We will pass your name address and phone number onto our courier for the purpose of delivery only. Your details will not be passed onto any other party. mirror-mirror.com will not contact you again after the completion of the sale and delivery unless we have had your permission to do so.

What if my mirror arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging our mirrors to a high standard to ensure their safe arrival. In the unlikely event of a mirror arriving damaged we will arrange for a free collection and replacement as soon as possible. Please see our full returns policy.

Can you put any mirror in the bathroom or does it have to be a bathroom mirror?
The main thing that differs between the bathroom mirrors we sell and the rest of the range is that the bathroom mirrors contain no wooden parts.

If a wooden back board or frame is subjected to high humidity or gets wet regularly it can potentially warp or buckle.

However, Many of our customers have bought standard timber framed mirrors that have been hung in bathrooms without any problem. If you have good ventilation and the mirror is not in a place where it will get wet it is unlikely that you would have a problem.
