Ordering Is Easy

We aim to ensure that all our customers are wholly satisfied with every purchase made from Mirror Mirror. If you require guidance regarding any issue, we recommend that you contact us by email or phone prior to purchase.

You may order online 24 hours a day through our secure server by clicking 'Add to Basket' on any product. Alternatively you may order over the phone by ringing us on 0845 370 3443 during office hours (Monday to Friday, 0900 - 1700.)  There is no charge for phone ordering.

Payment Methods

During the checkout procedure you will be asked to select your preferred payment method from the following options:

Credit & Debit Cards  

We accept payment by most credit/debit cards except American Express.  There is no surcharge for paying by credit cards.  We DO NOT accept credit cards issued by foreign banks. 

Mirror-Mirror.com operates a 256bit SSL certified secure server (as indicated by https: in the address bar at the checkout) for collecting customer address and card holder details.  These are then transmitted and proceesed by SagePay (formerly protx).  Mirror-Mirror does not retain records of customer card details on our server.

Now accepting

Customers can now pay for purchases from mirror-mirror.com using their PayPal account.  This is a convenient option and can save time but is regrettably a more expensive solution for retailers.  We could pass on the costs of PayPal transactions to all our customers with a small price increase accross the board, but we beleive it is fairer to ask those customers who choose to use PayPal to cover the associated fees themselves.  We therefore add a 2% surcharge to all orders paid using PayPal.

Pay by Cheque

If you prefer to pay using a cheque book and pen, that's fine.  There are two options available:

1. You can place your order online on our web site and select the 'pay by cheque' option at the checkout.  
You will be given an order number and an order acknowledgement email will be sent to you.  Stock will then be reserved while we wait for your cheque payment to arrive in the post.

2.  If you prefer not enter any personal information online, you may of course send us a letter with your cheque enclosed.  Please indicate clearly which item(s) you would like to order, making sure you specify the exact name, quantity, colour and size you require.

(Please note that deliveries to highlands and islands destinations may incurr a charge - to avoid inconvenience it is important to get a delivery quote before sending your cheque payment if you live in one of these areas. You can get a delivery quote by adding your chosen products to your basket then by entering your post code on the "My Basket" page.  Or feel free to call us for help with this.)

You should then send your cheque, made payable to 'Mirror Mirror', for the total order amount (including any delivery charges) to:

All cheque payments will be allowed to clear before goods are dispatched.

Pay by BACS or Wire Transfer

If you would like to pay using one of these methods, we suggest that you contact us on 0845 370 3443 prior to placing an order.  We can then confirm stock availability, reserve stock and provide our banking details as required.   You may then place your order through the checkout (by selecting the 'pay by cheque' option) or over the phone.
Please note that BACS & Wire payments can take up to 5 working days. 

Purchase Orders

If your organisation wishes to send us a purchase order rather than using our online ordering system, please email your P.O. to sales@mirror-mirror.com and we will arrange to reserve stock on your behalf. As we are predominantly a retail business we do not operate credit accounts and all orders must be paid in full prior to goods being dispatched. Once your purchase order has been received we will email back a pro-forma invoice and provide you with an estimated delivery date.
