Breakages All our mirrors are carefully packaged for successful delivery. The condition of your mirror must be checked on arrival and we ask that you inform us immediately of any damage. We will arrange to collect and replace any damaged mirror free of charge at your earliest convenience. Faulty Goods All our mirrors are made to a high standard and inspected before they are dispatched. If for any reason you feel that a product is not up to standard then please contact us with the details within 7 days of receipt. We will collect the faulty mirror free of charge and replace it with a new one as soon as possible. Please endeavour to carefully wrap return goods using the original packaging. General Returns If you wish to return goods to mirror-mirror.com for a full refund please send back to the address below within 7 days of receipt and in the original packaging. The parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they reach us. We reserve the right to withhold refunds for mirrors damaged in return transit if packaging is deemed to be inadequate.
